All tickets purchased through East West Travel, Inc have restrictions from the airline, car rental, hotels, cruises and package holidays in relation to refunds, change or cancellation. East West Travel, Inc will charge $50 service charge for any cancelled refund /exchange and date change plus the fees imposed by travel related service providers.

In the event of passenger not able to be present physically at the time of purchase to sign and authorize on a Universal Credit Card Charge Form. East West Travel, Inc will accept payment via email / fax on the attached form. The email / fax authorization form is an agreement between the credit card holder and East West Travel, Inc as authorization for East West Travel, Inc to charge credit card holder with the approved amount.
